That company grew steadily over the next 5 years until one day, after 4 different warehouse locations and several moves, we ended up owning our own brand new warehouse facility in Buckingham, UK.

That was a good thing and our sales were great! However we had a problem! A big one. We needed some guidance and fast. As we grew we simply never added any systems or structure to the company.
